The one thing that matters most Collection schedules change without notice. Always confirm with your city or hauler before relying on a date. We publish what official sources say and when we last checked them — we cannot guarantee a truck will arrive.

1. Agreement

By using TrashPickupDays.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is operated by John Weiner.

2. What this site is

An independent information directory. We are not affiliated with any municipality, waste authority, or hauling company. We do not collect waste, dispatch trucks, hold contracts, or handle billing. Agency and company names appear here for identification only and imply no endorsement in either direction.

3. Accuracy - please read

We work from official municipal sources and record the date each was last checked. Even so:

Schedules change, sometimes at short notice, and sometimes without public announcement
Weather, equipment failure, and staffing can delay collection on any given day
Holiday practice varies between neighbouring cities and between haulers in the same city
Some blocks fall outside published boundaries, or are served by private haulers on their own schedules

Information here is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. The official source linked on each page is authoritative; this site is not. A page marked "Unknown" means exactly that, and should not be read as "no collection".

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site — including missed collections, fines or penalties issued by your city, storage or disposal costs, or any indirect or consequential loss. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.

5. The service quote directory

Our quote request form passes your details to independent third-party providers. We are a referral service only:

We are not a party to any contract between you and a provider
We do not set prices, perform the work, or guarantee its quality, timing, or safety
Verify licensing, insurance, and pricing yourself before hiring anyone
Any price range shown on this site is a general national figure for orientation, not a quote
Providers pay us a referral fee; you are never charged for the match

Disputes about work performed are between you and the provider.

6. Community reports

If you submit a pickup day report or correction, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and grant us permission to publish it in aggregated, block-level form. Do not submit anyone's personal information. We verify reports against official sources before changing a page and may decline any submission.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't scrape or bulk-copy the site's data, submit false reports, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the site for anything unlawful. Personal, non-commercial use is welcome and encouraged.

8. Intellectual property

Site design, original text, and compiled records are ours. Underlying schedule facts sourced from public municipal records are not claimed as our property. Municipal and company names belong to their respective owners.

9. External links

We link to city websites, haulers, and providers for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes and governing law
