We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
This is the only place we share your personal information with other companies, so we want to be exact about it.
When you complete the quote request and tick the consent box, you are asking us to pass your request to up to three licensed local service providers who serve your ZIP code. They receive your name, email, phone number, ZIP, and the job details you gave. They contact you directly using the method you selected.
Alongside your request we store the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time you agreed, and the IP address it came from. This is how we demonstrate that contact was authorised.
Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and you can ask any provider to stop contacting you directly. Withdrawing consent does not undo contact that already happened.
Providers pay us a fee for these referrals. You are never charged for the quote or the match.
We do not sell your personal information. Beyond the matched providers described above, information is shared only with the services that keep the site running:
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the schedule pages will still work.
Wherever you live, you can email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of marketing. We respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what is collected and to whom it is disclosed, the right to deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law. Residents of the EU or UK may also object to processing, request portability, and complain to a supervisory authority.
The site runs over HTTPS and access to submitted data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We link to municipal websites, haulers, and service providers. Once you leave this site, their privacy practices govern — not ours.
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be announced on the site.
